Do you know that you don’t have to manually add emails to the database?

I have created a tool called TaskRobin that can help you save emails to this template’s database, Emails in Notion, with one click, and automatically fill in all the properties. All you need to do is to forward or BCC your emails to a robot inbox, and our Notion integration will save them to your database.

You can use #hashtags when forwarding your emails to automatically tag emails in Notion. (e.g. #Urgent, #Todo, #Monday). The example emails in the template were created by TaskRobin.
