We use industry standard encryption technology SHA-256 to encrypt all user data including your profile information and your email messages. This is done for email content and also all attachment files.
Additionally, we have a secure download interface to allow you to temporarily decrypt your message and download your emails and attachments to your computers. All decrypted content will be automatically encrypted again in 10 minutes, so even if you left the download page open, no one would be able to access it later.
All emails sent to your TaskRobin inbox will be retrieved and processed by our algorithm in 60 seconds upon arrival, and deleted forever after that.
