Email Hub is a dashboard presenting your emails in Notion
- Quick Navigation - where you can add bookmarks to link to your email inboxes for quick access and find other Notion pages that support this dashboard
- 4 Email Views from items in Emails in Notion
- Tag View - displaying emails based on the Email Tags property. Set to display #Urgent and #Todo emails by default
- Latest Arrivals - the latest emails you have saved to Notion, sorted by time
- Follow Up List - the emails that require a follow up again
- Calendar View - a calendar display of when your emails arrived
***Emails in Notion*** is the database powering the dashboard. This is where you should add your emails
- How to add emails to this database?
- The straight forward but tedious way would be to copy and paste emails from your email inbox to a new item in this database. Fill up the Notion properties so new items will display correctly in Email Hub.
- The easiest and automated way to save emails is by using a tool that I have developed. More details in Automation Guide.
